About Cemented Carbide Burrs
Cemented carbide burr is one of the cutting tools which has a widely use in high speed industrial manufacturing. There’re plenty types of cemented carbide burrs and they proves to be high presicion tools. Therefore, if you want to purchase cemented carbide burr, four factors must be included, which are flute diameter, blade length, shank diameter and handle length. Cemented carbide burrs enjoy high reputation in the hand held cutting tools for the superiority of sharp and high efficiency.
Cemented Carbide Sleeve Application
Cemented Carbide Sleeve can be often applied to as pumps transmitting water, oil and even powder, especially for those materials that are of high pressure or corrosion. What makes cemented carbide sleeves so popular among those pump operation is obviously because cemented carbide sleeves have excellent wear resistance, and they can also resist the abrasion and corrosion. For different application, customers requirements towards the tolerance of cemented carbide sleeves are also vary from each other.

Cemented Carbide Bush
Cemented carbide bush is widely known for its durability and quality, for it can withstand high pressure and are resistant to corrosion, so cemented carbide bushes have been used in water pumps, oil pumps and various other pumps. Today, cemented carbide bush has been playing an important role in the field of long working parts material.
Having excellent wear resistance, these cemented carbide bushes are available in different sizes and shapes to meet the varied requirements of our clients. Cemented carbide bush is the basic material among the frictional materials. They are widely use as the basic components for sealing. And cemented carbide bushes are widely adopted in petrochemical industry due to its excellent performances such as wear ability.

Cemented Carbide Insert
Cemented carbide, also known as tungsten carbide, is a relatively precious material which is critical to many manufacturing processes. Most metal machining processes use cemented carbide inserts as tool tips, as cemented carbide has excellent hardness and heat resistance properties ideal for drilling, boring, shaping and forming metal workpieces. Most modern face mills, lathe tools and end mills use these cutting tools.
The only downside of using cemented carbide inserts for such a wide range of machining processes is that the tungsten material used in creating tungsten carbide alloys is both scarce and expensive and cemented carbide inserts are typically treated as disposable materials, even though only the cutting edges of the inserts are worn when they're disposed.

Cemented Carbide Bearing
Cemented carbide bearing inserted tungsten carbide adopts the advance technology with the high strength and long life features. The cemented carbide bearing is surfaced with the cemented carbide material, special solder and welded to a whole body with the basis part through sinter treatment, which makes the cemented carbide bearing with the high strength, long life, anti-wear, anti-impact and high load. All the cemented carbide bearings have excellent corrosion resistant characteristics when operating in most liquid environments for the superiorities of cemented carbide.
Cemented Carbide Nozzle
Cemented carbide nozzles are manufactured from hot pressing with straight bore and venturi bore type. Due to its hardness, low density and excellent wear and anti-corrosion, cemented carbide nozzle has been widely used in sandblasting and shot peening equipment, offering a long life with optimum air and abrasive use.
Cemented carbide nozzles are made of high grade tungsten carbide. The hardness reached over HRA90 degree while the anti-bending degree reached over 2300N/mm. On machining cemented carbide nozzle, the precision grinding and surface treatment can be reach to Ra0.1 of the bore roughness and the Ra0.025 of the R place of both ends. There is a scientific curvature radius design in the both entrance which can ensure a smooth transit of the thread. Due to the overall materials processing, and no elevation in the bore, the phenomenon of easy-bending and plugging of cemented carbide nozzle has been improved comparing with the ruby nozzle.

How is Cemented Carbide Made?
The manufacturing process of cemented carbide powder begins with the composition of a specific cemented carbide powder mixture - tailored for the application. The tungsten carbide powder is compacted into a form.
In a high-temperature sintering furnace, the tungsten carbide structure of the blank is shaped at precise temperatures for strictly defined periods. During this heat treatment, the tungsten carbide blank undergoes shrinkage of some 50% in volume.
The sintered cemented carbide component gains its final finish by additional grinding, lapping and/or polishing processes.
